Order Status and Tracking

Customers that make their orders online can now have access to their order history and track orders. It may take up to an hour for an order to appear online, so if you don't see your order immediately please check back later. You will receive an email containing your order password after your order is placed. Tracking numbers are updated by 6pm PST daily. UPS is our main carrier of choice. All shipped items are insured to protect both parties. Standard UPS Ground shipping throughout the U.S. takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available. If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours. We also ship internationally via USPS and UPS, please contact us for more information.
